HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

It will take an average of 1 to 3 business days to process, it depends on each type of product. In the peak time, the processing time can be 2-4 or 3-6 business days.

Orders completed on Friday afternoon might be picked up the following Monday as the shipping carrier does not work on the weekend.

Shipping time

A. Domestic delivery

Standard shipping: 5 - 10 business days delivery (usually carried by UPS, DHL, and USPS)

Ground shipping: 3 - 5 business days delivery (usually carried by USPS)

Fast shipping: 2 - 3 business days delivery (usually carried by USPS and FedEx)

Please be informed that because of security reasons, orders delivered to military addresses will take up to 35 business days for shipping time.

B. International delivery

Standard shipping: 7 - 15 business days delivery (usually carried by DHL)

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 2-3 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you do not receive either a confirmation email or a tracking link, please re-check your email, including your SPAM/JUNK box for any missing order notifications.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
