Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. It means you have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return, replacement, or refund. If the 30-day period has gone, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with the services provided by us. If your product is wrong, lost in transit, defective, or not described, don't worry. Just send us an email at support@presentiva.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

Any unsuccessful deliveries due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for replacement or refund. We will NOT refund you in case you REFUSE to receive it either.

For apparel products, any dissatisfactions related to sizing will not be eligible for refund or replacement. Please make sure to have a look at our sizing charts on product pages or your order confirmation email within the first 12 hours after completing your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:
  • Your product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The quality of the printing is subpar or the product significantly differs from what was shown on the order screen.
  • Your product was damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
Please be informed that our products are made-to-order and the advertised images may be slightly different from actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. Hence, please allow the difference between the advertised images and the actual item you received.

If the problem is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a full refund within a reasonable time. In this event, the product may be kept at the customer’s disposal.

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the complaint process. Please include the following information:
  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you choose to return your order without contacting our Customer Support team and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued and you will be notified via email with any and all options available to you on how to proceed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

EXCHANGES POLICY

We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are wrong, defective, or damaged.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can not be canceled.
